ROSA-flex 85A is a thermoplastic polyurethane from ROSA3D. The material is intended for technical applications. Thanks to its flexibility and exceptionally high interlayer adhesion, it will prove itself wherever resistance to mechanical damage and tensile strength is needed. It can be squeezed and stretched many times without permanently disturbing its original shape. In addition to its mechanical strength, the filament is characterized by exceptional chemical resistance. It is not sensitive to greases, oils and many solvents. The filament is recommended for users who already have experience with 3D printing.

Recommended ROSA-Flex 85A printing parameters:

extrusion temperature 215-250 ° C

bed temperature: 30-60 ° C

supply: 0-100%

printing speed: 15-50 mm / s (we recommend starting slowly and gradually trying to increase the speed)

compatible work tables: glass, smooth PEI, textured PEI.

Filament can be printed on unheated tables, in an open chamber. In case of adhesion problems, we recommend the use of an adhesive. Cooling down while printing is recommended. Its power should be adjusted to the capabilities of the printer and the geometry of the printed model.
