Delivery Information

DELIVERY: Orders placed before 7.00 is usually sent the same day, so the goods are in stock. Our shipments are usually out 1-2 business days after ordering. Please note that items from Filament23d.dk are also packed and sent on Saturday and Sunday to the GLS parcel shop. GLS does not pick up and drop off packages on Saturday and Sunday. Shipping costs: Shipping is calculated through Filament23D based on weight and destination. This only applies to packages to Denmark. Greenland and the Faroe Islands have special freight rates.

In case of not picked up package, ie. they come back to us, the customer will pay for this + shipping again. Please contact us for the most advantageous solution. We mainly deliver with GLS / DAO to the nearest parcel shop, and can be followed in their Track & Trace system. GLS Track & Trace For orders over 700 DKr. Incl. VAT, is delivered free of charge in Denmark to the nearest parcel shop. Filament23D has variable shipping prices. These prices are automatically measured in relation to your order size / weight and are adjusted according to DAO / GLS / Post Danmark's delivery prices. The price can vary from 39, - to 400, -. ex. freight insurance for specially exposed goods and VAT. As the entered address is automatically sent to GLS / DAO / Postnord, there will be extra costs for whose postcode or house number is missing. This cost WILL be invoiced to the customer. If the address is in an upstairs and this door is locked, GLS, DAO, Postnord will take the package with them again, there will be extra shipping costs. This cost WILL be billed on to the customer. Remember if your company is at home address, the package will be put at the door if no recipient is present and other location is not agreed in advance A GLS power of attorney can be obtained. Can be obtained here: GLS Power of Attorney, If you have a GLS power of attorney write it just under remarks. Otherwise, Filament23D receives a cash on delivery of at least DKK 50 each time this happens. This cash on delivery WILL be invoiced to the customer. Package number and Track & Trace are automatically sent to the customer at the stated email address and SMS to the stated mobile no. 

Packages that are not picked up at the parcel shop will automatically be sent back to Filament23D, this cost, and possibly shipment again will be charged to the customer. 

Remote storage: Normally the item will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days at the customer. It may happen that there is a longer delivery time, the customer will always be informed about this, via email. Pick-up can usually be done from our company between kl. 15.30 and 19 on weekdays, but send us an email info@filament23d.dk, or an SMS to 42427152 beforehand. Weekend call / sms before. Delivery takes place CIP (INCOTERMS). This means that Filament23D takes care of the shipment and insures the goods during transport.
