Rosa3D ABS V0 FR

Filament ABS (poly (acrylonitrile-co-butadiene-co-styrene)) V0 FR from ROSA3D is a material for technical applications. It is characterized by very good mechanical properties and resistance to moisture, heat and UV radiation. Additionally, thanks to special additives, this filament is flame retardant (FR - Flame Retardant). Thanks to this, it will be perfect wherever resistance to elevated temperatures is required or there is a risk of fire. ABS V0 FR is intended for applications in the electrical, electronic, automotive and outdoor industries. It is suitable for printing contacts, electrical boxes, sensor housings and electronic devices. Remember that the material gives off an unpleasant smell and harmful vapors during printing. For this reason, the printing process should take place in a well-ventilated room.

Recommended printing parameters:

extrusion temperature: 220-225 ° C

bed temperature: 80-110 ° C

supply: 50-100% (depending on the geometry of the model)

printing speed: 50-60 mm / s

Filament can be printed on unheated tables, in an open chamber. In the event of adhesion problems, we recommend the use of an adhesive. Cooling down while printing is recommended. Its power should be adapted to the capabilities of the printer and the geometry of the printed model.
