PLA (polylactic acid) is a popular material in the 3D printing world, well-known for its biodegradability and ease of use. The advent of high-speed 3D printers has created a demand for a filament that can keep up with their capabilities. PLA High Speed is the answer to these requirements. It combines the characteristics of standard PLA, such as no odour, low shrinkage, non-toxicity and biodegradability, with improved flow and better heat dissipation.

PLA High Speed is distinguished by increased flow and more efficient heat dissipation compared to traditional PLA. It has been carefully developed to ensure smooth and continuous feeding of the material, even at high printing speeds. The increased flow enables faster extrusion after melting, which directly improves printing efficiency. These modifications not only improve print accuracy, but also minimise the risk of nozzle clogging and failed prints.

PLA High Speed 3D printing filament is compatible with a wide range of high-speed 3D printers available on the market, as well as performing well in standard devices. Its properties allow ambitious 3D projects to be realised at speeds in excess of 500 mm/s, without the risk of extrusion problems. Excellent interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage make it an ideal choice for projects requiring high aesthetics and precision.

Remember to adjust the printing temperature according to the printing speed: between 180-210°C for lower speeds, and 220-240°C for higher speeds.
