PETG+ CF

The PETG + CF filament from ROSA3D was created for printing structural elements and working machine parts, where higher strength and temperature resistance are required.

Printouts made of PETG + CF have very little shrinkage, are odorless and have very strong interlayer bonds. The material is characterized by a graphite, matte surface and a smooth - even satin structure and is relatively easy to print. Minimal shrinkage when printing allows you to print in an open device.

The PETG + CF filament has high chemical resistance, and the addition of carbon fiber increases the mechanical, thermal and impact strength, which makes the raw material universally applicable.

Recommended printing parameters:

extrusion temperature 240-270 ° C

bed temperature: 70-90 ° C

supply: 0-30% (depending on the geometry of the model)

printing speed: 60-80 mm / s

When printing with PETG + CF, hardened steel nozzles are recommended (brass and aluminum nozzles are subject to abrasion), suggested nozzle size> 0.3 mm.
