All prices in the webshop are shown including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Purchase of goods

You must go through 7 steps to shop at Filament23D.dk:

Find your item in the webshop, select quantity and press 'Add to basket'.

2. Click on the basket and view / correct your order.

3. Continue to the Checkout 'and enter your information.

4. Review Order 'and accept Terms and Conditions.

    Ret evt. to if necessary.

5. Go to payment 'and select payment form Dankort, Visa, mastercard, Paypal, Bank transfer, EAN, Faktura (company with CVR no.) Or mobilepay.

    If a payment card is selected, you will automatically be forwarded to QuickPay.

6. Select payment card, Enter card information and complete payment.

    The agreement is finally entered into when you complete the payment.

7. When the payment is completed, you will see a receipt for your purchase and you can print it out.

The receipt is of course also sent to the specified email.

We do everything we can to combine good service with cheap prices. We are constantly reviewing our prices and also directing prices downwards.


All payment methods are made via a secure connection (https). The information entered is encrypted (SSL) and cannot be read by others. The card information is sent over an encrypted connection to the server. Filament23D meets all the requirements set by PBS for security, and we therefore have no access to your card information at any time. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are sent from our warehouse. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.

In connection with purchases at Filament23D, we register your information: Name, address, email and telephone number. This is done to ensure delivery of the item. Filament23D does not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. Filament23D does not share your information with others.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is calculated through Filament23D based on weight and destination. This only applies to packages to Denmark. Greenland and the Faroe Islands el. EU countries and Norway have special freight rates.

We mainly deliver with GLS, DAO and PostNord.

Filament23D has variable shipping prices. These prices are automatically calculated in relation to your order size / weight and are adjusted in accordance with GLS, DAO or. PostNord delivery prices. The price can vary from 44, - to 400, -. ex. freight insurance for particularly exposed goods.

Return delivery: If there is no one to receive the item and it has not been agreed that the item may be sold somewhere, then the item will be tried to be delivered again by new agreement with you. The contents of the Filament23D webshop are usually in stock. Exceptionally, some item numbers may be temporarily sold out, this will appear on the webshop as Sold out, and will be quickly retrieved

Most items are imported in order to keep minimum prices.


The images used on the Filament23D webshop may differ slightly in color from the real product. We will constantly work to improve our deliveries, quality. Filament. We are constantly working to keep the images up to date.


All prices are incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices. When you shop with Filament23D.dk, agreements are made in: Danish. To this is added shipping cost.

Orders placed before 15.00 is usually sent the same day as long as the goods are in stock. Our shipments are usually out 1-2 the day after the order (in Denmark). Note, even though the Filament23D Webshop is open 24/7 picks up GLS, DAO and PostNord, does not pack shipments on Saturday and Sunday.


You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Filament23D.dk

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;

a) have received your item

(b) gets the last item in physical possession in the case of a contract several different items, which are ordered in an order and which are delivered individually.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified Filament23D that you wish to cancel your purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, (except for additional costs due to your own choice of another form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. When you shop at Filament23D.dk, you of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

When you need to advertise / return an item purchased from Filament23D, this must go through our customer service. Normal produce is that through our customer service send a return shipping note, which must be applied to the return package. This can subsequently be handed in at one of GLS Pakkeshops.

Filament23D does not cover shipping costs for returned goods / complaints sent with own / external shipping company.


Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Terms of sale and delivery for B2B Customers

1. Application and validity

1.1 All deliveries of Filament23D products are made in accordance with the terms of sale and delivery below, unless these are deviated from by express written agreement.

1.2 Buyer's indication of special terms in the order list / order, etc. is not considered as a departure from the terms below, unless Filament23D has accepted these in writing.
